General Conditions of Use

These general conditions of sale are agreed between Rufel - Comércio e Industria de Marroquinaria, Lda., with registered office at Zona Industrial De Travessas, Tv. da Indústria N.º 57, 3700-748 Milheirós de Poiares and contact (+351 ) 256 841 226 (Call cost to national landline network), hereinafter referred to as “Rufel”. and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.rufel.pt, hereinafter referred to as "User".

The “General Conditions of Use” set out here determine the rules for using the website www.rufel.pt, and contractually establish the relationships between all users of the website www.rufel.pt and the Rufel brand, owner of the website www. rufel.pt. The Rufel brand is owned by the company Rufel - Comércio e Industria de Marroquinaria, Lda.

The “General Conditions of Use” presented here are unique and applicable, unless there is a prior agreement, expressly written by the Rufel brand.
Rufel may, from time to time, modify the provisions of its “General Conditions of Use”. When accessing the website www.rufel.pt, the customer undertakes to respect the “General Conditions of Sale and Use”. If the customer completes the purchase online, it is considered that they automatically accept the “General Conditions of Use”.

Orders

All orders will be registered at www.rufel.pt.
The customer will receive confirmation of the order placed by email.

Product Characteristics

The photographs presented on the website that illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of Rufel.

Prices

The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros.
Rufel reserves the right to change prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer makes the purchase.
The website www.rufel.pt reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

Availability

Rufel undertakes to respect the delivery deadlines for an order, as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, Rufel will contact the customer, by email or telephone, within 72 hours from the date of the order, on working days, in order to inquire with the customer. the best course of action.
It is Rufel's policy to only present products for sale that are in stock in its warehouses. However, for technical or circumstantial reasons, discrepancies may occur between the quantities presented for sale on the website www.rufel.pt and the quantities in stock.

Delivery Mode

Rufel delivers orders through its carrier contracted for this purpose. Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the following documents: invoice and Carrier Guide. Product deliveries will only occur on business days.
As an indication, without this implying any link to Rufel and except for the unavailability of the products or other causes of force majeure, the merchandise will be delivered between 7 and 10 working days, counting from the confirmation of payment.
These deadlines are indicative and will be met, unless physical or structural impediments occur (incorrect addresses, strikes or force majeure events).
If the Customer does not receive the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier and may take a few days. The Customer must send an email to geral@rufel.pt to report the failure. During the investigation period, a refund cannot be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
The customer has the right, upon receipt of their order, to open the packaging to check that the product is in accordance with what was ordered and that it has no external defects.
If the product is not the one requested or has visible defects, Rufel advises the customer to return it, sending it to Rufel (Rufel - Comércio e Industria de Marroquinaria, Lda.): Zona Industrial De Travessas, 57, Tv. da Indústria 45, 3700-748 S. João da Madeira. An email must be sent within the next 24 hours, indicating the problem to: geral@rufel.pt. In the case of deliveries by the carrier where the packaging has not been checked, the customer will have 24 hours to report the problem to our Customer Service by telephone (+351) 256 841 226 or via geral@rufel.pt.
If the product that the Customer wishes to return presents external defects and has been accepted by the Customer, Rufel will be obliged to decline any request for refund or replacement. The right of withdrawal remains valid in cases of defects that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided for by law.

At the time of delivery, you must proceed as follows:

1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition;
2. Open the outer packaging and ask the carrier to wait for verification (this is the customer's right);
3. Check that the product is in the requested condition and without visible defects;
4. If there is any error or defect, delivery must be refused and the error noted on the carrier's note.

For the Azores and Madeira, deliveries may take up to 15 working days and are only dispatched from mainland Portugal on Thursdays, so the deadline is calculated from that day of the week.

Disputes and Responsibilities

For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these “General Conditions”, the Judicial Court of the District of Oliveira de Azeméis will be competent.
Rufel is not responsible for delays or breaches of contract due to force majeure or external reasons.
Rufel is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damages or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website.

To facilitate accessibility to other content, the website www.rufel.pt may include links to other websites. This does not mean that Rufel supports these sites or recommends these products and services and declines any responsibility for their content. The Customer who accesses an external link must read and accept the conditions of that website before using it.
All promotional campaigns have limited stock.
