Exchange and Returns

In accordance with Decree-Law nº. 143/2001 of 26 April, all articles acquired in have a maximum period of 30 days for Exchange or return your product. So that the Rufel can accept the request for Exchange or refund, the product must be in perfect condition and not show signs of minimum use or misuse. Be in your original state means that the packaging, labels and the entire product must be intact.

To make an Exchange or refund should contact the customer service of Rufel via telephone, e-mail or registered letter showing the willingness to change or return the item (s) previously purchased, accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Exchanges or returns sent via CTT without identifying the sender will not be considered, being charged to the customer’s responsibility to contact the customer service before sending.

On purchases sent to exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

On orders of items that are customized, Rufel reserves the right to not accept Exchange or refund (s) article (s) in accordance with article 7 of Decree-Law nº. 143/2001 of 26 April.

According to article 8 of Decree-Law nº. 143/2001 of 26 April, the Rufel is obliged to reimburse within 30 days the amounts paid by the consumer, except the value of the postage.

If for some reason, the Rufel feels the need to update the privacy policy, the consumer will be the first to be informed at least 30 days in advance.
